i just wanted to share with you what i have been up to lately. 

i think the reality of the race ending so soon is starting to hit me. the anticipation of seeing my friends and family at home has me so excited. Yet i’m trying with everything in me to be as present as possible knowing that  the Lord isn’t finished yet. 

i’m not going to lie to you. these past couple of weeks have been the hardest for me on the race. I don’t know if it’s because the end of this is approaching so being present has become harder. but dang it’s been really hard. (prayers for ya girl) what i do know is, the enemy has been trying to steal my Joy but i’m no longer allowing him to do so. I’m taking back the joy i know is rooted within me that comes from above and i’m choosing to soak up every last second of this crazy journey the Lord has me on. 

an update on ministry:

we have been in Ukraine for the last several weeks working with a lot of different people. we have had the opportunity to work in the local University teaching english, we have had the chance to be apart of discipleship groups, and we also have had the chance to visit and love on kids at several different orphanages. where we just get to love on kids. so simple yet has been one of the hardest yet easiest things to do on the race (weird concept) this time has been so special to me. i’m just so blessed to be apart of what the Lord is doing here.
